DESCRIPTION
Thin film protective, waxy, included in ISO RIO classification.
Most of the time, it is not necessary to remove this film that presents lubricant properties. A post lubrication can be realized without removal during assembly operations or mechanisms starting period when a greasing is needed. However, the user could easily use a classic solvent to protect aspect pieces if a removal is needed.
This product must be used on pieces that are not highly contaminated, with degreasing if necessary. The substrates must be dry or without important moisture traces.
Stable product, weakly smelling.
Applicable on vertical surfaces.
Easily shown during the application, either manual or by spray.
No photo reactivity.
No irritating product.
Very low surface tension.
Low vapor pressure at maximum temperature of use.
Applicable on all metals.
Compatible with most of plastics and elastomers.
PROTECT CR 250 is used for all anticorrosion protection with long duration.

RECOMMANDATIONS
This product is equated to a cold surface treatment. The user will spray on degreased surface, without oxidation traces. Oil and spot traces should be removed by solvent washing.
Shake before use until the ball moves.
Spray 15 cm far from the surface. Do not clean the aerosol after use.
In a keg, the product should be stirred before use.
